Business & Membership Development Advisory Committee

The Business & Membership Development Advisory Committee (BDAC) is in charge of many of the events and programs that the Chamber organizes annually as well as continually reviewing the features and benefits of Chamber membership. From recurring events such as the Chamber breakfasts, luncheons, and After Hours as well as signature events like the Annual Meeting, Christmas Luncheon, Golf Tournament, Military Appreciation, and Business & Health Expo, in all, this group is responsible for the planning of more than 30 events annually.

BDAC

In addition, the BDAC oversees the Leadership Clay program and the First Coast Community Health Screening both of which are yearlong programs of the Clay Chamber.

The BDAC also looks for ways to improve and enhance the membership experience by utilizing member feedback to implement programs such as business education workshops that are designed to offer members information they can use to help their business. Whether it is social media, health care, insurance, or human resources, these workshops will benefit both large and small business operators.
